Gathered requirements, selected future vendors, and designed the future-state network architecture
Deployment Planning, Build, and Pilot (June 2025 – June 2026)
Develop deployment strategies and plans, build future-state infrastructure to enable pilot, perform pilot migrations, and prepare for wave migrations
Current State
Phased Network Installation and Migration (estimated 18 months across multiple waves)
Host pre-migration meetings with units, perform remediations, complete waved migrations, support hypercare, and transition to operations
Steady-State Operations (estimated 3 months)
Monitor service delivery and performance for the new network and evaluate customer satisfaction and benefits realization across campus
