In order to better assist you, we need specific information about the problem you’re having. Please have the following information when you contact us:
- Your UCLA Logon ID. Please note that this is the part of your email address before @ucla.edu
- If you cannot remember your UCLA Logon ID, please provide your 9-digit University ID number
- Service Desk staff will never ask for your password. Do not provide your password to anyone over the phone or via email
- The operating system and version installed on your computer
- The version of the software or operating system you're using
- The exact error message you're getting
- The exact time you're getting the error
