What Is Being Designed

  • How support and service delivery will be provided to campus units and end users in the future state.
  • The framework for strategic, tactical, and operational decisions across UCLA’s network ecosystem to ensure accountability, alignment with institutional goals, and effective stakeholder engagement
  • How the performance of the network services will be measured, managed, and optimized to align operational performance with service-level agreements (SLAs) across various network service categories, enabling continuous improvement
  • How rates, chargeback mechanisms, and cost recovery will operate in the future state
