Peerceptiv underwent scheduled enhancement in February 2025. With this update, a new optional reflection phase has been added to Team Member Evaluation assignments in Peerceptiv. This phase serves as the “final step” in the evaluation process, giving learners the opportunity to reflect on what they’ve learned during the assignment and to describe any changes they plan to make for future projects or revisions.
