Gradescope underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. With this update, Rubric Permissions have been added to Gradescope's course and assignment settings. These new permissions allow instructors to designate who can add, import, or edit rubrics. Instructors can now restrict rubric modifications to instructor roles only, or lock rubric editing entirely to prevent any further changes during grading.
