CidiLabs UDOIT underwent scheduled enhancement on Thursday, May 14, 2026. With this update, Cidi Labs UDOIT is now available in Bruin Learn. UDOIT helps instructors and TAs identify and improve accessibility issues in their courses by scanning course content, including pages, files, images, links, tables, and some embedded media. It provides accessibility guidance in a centralized dashboard where instructors can review, prioritize, and rescan course content. UDOIT offers instructors and TAs an additional way to review accessibility issues across their Bruin Learn courses in one place. Instructors can use the tool to scan or rescan course content, review common accessibility issues, and prioritize updates from a centralized dashboard. It also supports accessibility workflows that complement Ally, including converting PDF files into Bruin Learn pages for easier remediation in the Rich Content Editor and checking YouTube, Vimeo, and Kaltura content for caption availability and auto-generated captions that may require further review.
