Bruin Learn will undergo scheduled enhancement on Friday, December 12, 2025. With this update, as part of an effort to assign MFA to direct login service accounts in Bruin Learn, we need to assign a value to the authentication_provider_id field in all Bruin Learn user accounts, not just the ones that are created through Just-In-Time provisioning. The custom services that provision new user accounts will assign this value to new accounts going forward. We will also be bulk-remediating all existing user accounts that do not currently have the authentication_provider_id field populated. There will be no noticeable impact on end users.
