Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. With this update, TUT and Cross-Listing request forms were created in ServiceNow to automatically generate tickets and collect all required information needed to process requests. Previously, many TUT and Cross-Listing requests were submitted with missing or incomplete information, which can lead to delays in processing.
