Bruin Learn / Canvas will undergo scheduled enhancement in Summer 2026. With this update, TUT and Cross-Listing request forms will be created in ServiceNow to automatically generate tickets and collect all required information needed to process requests. Currently, many TUT and Cross-Listing requests are submitted with missing or incomplete information, which can lead to delays in processing.
