Bruin Learn / Canvas will undergo scheduled enhancement in Fall 2026. With this update, Panda Bot will be available to all users through the Bruin Learn Help menu, providing an immediate entry point for Tier 1 support. Once enabled, it will surface in the Bruin Learn help menu for all users. PandaBot will provide:

• Instant Resolutions: For common, everyday questions that do not require human intervention, Panda Bot provides immediate answers. These responses are drawn directly from our institution's consolidated KB and official Canvas Guides, ensuring our users receive accurate, verified information instantly while drastically reducing waiting times.
• Seamless Human Escalation: If Panda Bot cannot fully resolve an issue, human interaction remains fully available. The bot will instantly route the user and their context directly to our existing live support channels (chat, email, or phone).
