Bruin Learn / Canvas will undergo scheduled enhancement on Monday, September 14, 2026. With this update, Instructure is migrating all Impact accounts to a new platform that delivers a more streamlined, intuitive, and feature-rich experience. The enhanced platform introduces several enhancements and new features, such as:
- Expanded Engagement Tools: Go beyond mass emails with custom-branded, in-app messaging and one-click polls to capture high-response sentiment directly in the user workflow.
- Streamlined Onboarding & Support: Reduce help-desk tickets with self-paced onboarding checklists and guided walkthroughs that can span multiple pages and tasks.
- Mobile Support: New in-app messaging will surface in Canvas mobile apps, helping your communications reach users wherever they are.
- Integration across Instructure Platform: Seamlessly guide users through experiences in Canvas, Mastery, Parchment, or Canvas Mobile Apps.
