Bruin Learn underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, December 5, 2025. With this update, we have added an AWS email notification, similar to the messages sent for missing UCLA Logon IDs or instructor adds/drops, that alerts subscribers whenever SIS-provisioned course sites are cross-listed.  This service would allow the subscribers to see which courses are cross-listed and which is the parent site. The notification includes UI-friendly course names, Canvas IDs, and parent/child relationships, allowing the BruinCast team to adjust recording availability for affected courses and enabling ASUCLA to anticipate any impacts to VitalSource resources.
