Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Saturday, February 17, 2024. This update gives instructors the ability to allow Observers, who have read-only access in their courses, to reserve appointment slots. A new setting called "Allow observers to sign up for appointments" will become available at the account level. When enabled, instructors creating appointment groups for courses within the account will have the option to allow people with the Observer role to sign up.
