Cidi Labs underwent scheduled enhancement in Summer 2026. With this update, Cidi Labs TidyUP is now integrated with Bruin Learn to help instructors identify, organize, and remove unused or outdated course content. TidyUP scans course content and files to identify unused, unlinked, duplicate, or obsolete materials. TidyUP provides instructors with a more efficient way to review and maintain their Bruin Learn courses. Instructors can identify unused files and empty folders, reduce duplicate content, and use bulk archive and deletion workflows to manage multiple items at once. Built-in safeguards also allow instructors to create backups before making changes and exclude specific folders from course scans when needed.
