With this update, product discovery will be conducted to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of creating a dedicated landing page for https://bruinlearn.ucla.edu, aiming to better understand customer needs and the business context. Currently, unauthenticated users are redirected to the standard UCLA Logon ID single sign-on page, which lacks specific information about Bruin Learn. In the future, unauthenticated users accessing https://bruinlearn.ucla.edu will be redirected to a new portal page featuring custom Bruin Learn content and a prominent login link for single sign-on.
