Tableau is UCLA’s business intelligence (BI) tool for advanced analytics and data visualization. Developers manage the entire reporting lifecycle—from sourcing data to building and publishing reports—using either EDA-approved datasets or their own data sources. Security for this platform is managed by developers through group-level permissions, with the option to also implement row-level security within individual dashboards.
