We are building a program that enables university decision making through a flexible, robust data foundation and collaborative data & analytics governance. By creating a shared, cloud-enabled campus data foundation, we ensure data can be gathered and delivered quickly where it is needed. Through Data & Analytics Governance, we bring together campus experts and stewards to align data programs with institutional priorities and outcomes. Supported by a modern analytics operating model, we offer capabilities ranging from foundational reporting to advanced analytics and AI, empowering campus units to unlock data in visual, integrated, and intelligent ways.
Teams
Enterprise Data & Analytics is made up of three collaborative teams that support full cycle data delivery from ingestion to reporting.
The Reporting & Analytics team empowers UCLA decision-makers with reliable, insightful, and accessible data.
The Enterprise Data Integration team connects and unifies data across UCLA’s many systems, ensuring information flows seamlessly and securely.
The Database Administration team safeguards the university’s data infrastructure by managing and optimizing UCLA’s enterprise databases.
Services
The UCLA Data Lakehouse is a campus wide data repository designed to empower the UCLA community with seamless access to integrated, high-quality data for analytics and decision-making.
