Social Annotation Tools will undergo scheduled enhancement from Spring to Fall 2026. With this update, the Assessment, Grading, & Proctoring team within Bruin Learn Center of Excellence is conducting a side-by-side evaluation of Hypothesis and Perusall to determine which tool will receive ongoing licensing and support. As a result, we will be able to provide more streamlined support and a more unified experience for social annotation assignments.
