Updated: IT Services hosted storage issues on Sunday, October 25 (Resolved)

Some campus applications that rely on Digital & Technology Solutions isilon storage may be experiencing issues.

5:00 p.m. -- A fix has been implemented and services should now be recovering. Digital & Technology Solutions will continue to monitor the issue. Please report any additional issues to help@it.ucla.edu or (310) 267-HELP (4357)

4:30 p.m. -- Digital & Technology Solutions has identified the root cause of the issue and the estimated time of resolution is approximately one hour. Updates will be posted as they become available.

3:53 p.m. -- Digital & Technology Solutions engineers are continuing to work with the vendor on-site to determine the root cause of the issue.

3:12 p.m. -- Digital & Technology Solutions engineers are currently on-site working on the issue with the vendor. There is no timetable yet for resolution.

2:53 p.m. -- Digital & Technology Solutions continues to investigate the cause of the issue. More information will be posted as it becomes available. Please submit any additional issues to help@it.ucla.edu

11:04 a.m. -- There is currently an issue with Digital & Technology Solutions isilon storage which impacts some UCLA applications on campus that depend on this system, such as CCLE and parts of MyUCLA. Digital & Technology Solutions is aware of the issue and is working towards a resolution. Additional information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
