Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Saturday, January 18, 2025. With this update, New Quizzes now offers a downloadable Student Analysis report in .csv format, similar to the one available in Classic Quizzes. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas Outcomes underwent scheduled maintenance on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 9:05 pm - 10:35 pm PST. During this time, an interruption occurred that affected only Outcomes, potentially making it unavailable to users.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. With this update, instructors using New Quizzes can now moderate a student's quiz by removing one answer choice from multiple-choice questions that have four or more options. 

Kaltura "My Media" experienced a service interruption for Zoom Cloud Recording migration that started on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 10:00 am and was resolved on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 4:05 pm. As a result, most recent Zoom cloud recordings were not processing in Kaltura. This primarily impacted instructors who rely on Kaltura to share their Zoom Cloud recordings. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Saturday, January 18, 2025. With this update, instructors can now set multiple due dates or checkpoints when creating a graded discussion to accommodate different stages of the discussion process, such as an initial post and follow-up replies.

Bruin Learn / Canvas will undergo scheduled enhancement in 2025 (TBD). With this update, product discovery will be conducted to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of creating a dedicated landing page for https://bruinlearn.ucla.edu, aiming to better understand customer needs and the business context. 

Perusall underwent scheduled maintenance on Friday, July 12, 2024. With this change, Perusall now supports Canvas Sections integration. Instructors have the option to create assignments specifically assigned to their discussion or lab sections.

Turnitin and Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 7:00am – 11:00am PDT. During this time, some Turnitin and Gradescope features were unavailable.

Poll Everywhere is deploying a new version of Poll Everywhere for Windows. Starting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 12:30 - 2:32 PDT, users may have experienced issues logging in using Windows Version 4.0.0.
