Poll Everywhere experienced an outage that started on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 12:41 pm PT and was resolved on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 3:05 pm PT. The ability to sync rosters was unavailable on PollEverywhere.com. More specifically, a "Content missing" page appeared instead of the roster sync dashboard. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas experienced an outage that started on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 10:10 am PT and was resolved on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 11:07 am PT. Users may experience slow load times and/or the following error message in Canvas: "This website is under heavy load".

Perusall underwent scheduled maintenance on Friday, July 12, 2024. With this change, Perusall now supports Canvas Sections integration. Instructors have the option to create assignments specifically assigned to their discussion or lab sections.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, July 12, 2024. With this update, root-account admins will be allowed to upload the CSV list for processing using the Canvas Enrollments API endpoint. This bypasses the invite/pending status and doesn’t set the SIS import attribute, and as a result, instructors can promptly handle student drops in their collaboration sites without needing to request a root-account admin from the Bruin Learn CoE to process them.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, June 17, 2024. With this change, Canvas Discussions introduces a more accessible user interface. Key features include flexible viewing options (both inline and split view), the ability to report posts, quoting functionality, improved search with highlighting, fully and partially anonymous graded discussions, and enhanced sorting and filtering options.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, June 14, 2024. As part of the Bruin Learn Integration Platform to ensure FERPA compliance, a custom service was developed. With this update, the Node.js APIs in the Bruin Learn Integration Platform is deprecated. Consequently, this specific API will be migrated to AWS.
