iClicker will undergo scheduled enhancement during the week of September 14, 2026. With this update, iClicker instructors can use Web Polling to run classroom polling activities directly from the iClicker instructor website, providing a browser-based alternative to the iClicker Cloud desktop application. Web Polling requires a recent version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer; mobile browsers are not currently supported. Web Polling gives instructors greater flexibility when running iClicker activities by allowing them to launch polls directly from a web browser. This can simplify the classroom workflow by reducing the need to download, install, launch, or update the iClicker Cloud desktop application.
